The meeting began with an engaging Neuro Guidance Session by Dr. Sreedhar Saraswathy, Chairman of the AIIMS Technology Council. He shared innovative approaches to enhance learning and decision-making, offering neuroscience-backed guidance for career and personal growth. Dr. Saraswathy also highlighted the role of mental health and behaviour in academic success and provided practical tools for navigating modern education and career challenges. He further addressed the growing influence of social media, explaining the science behind its impact and offering strategies to manage it effectively.
The event featured insightful interactions between corporates, academicians, and students, creating a platform for open dialogue. Industry experts highlighted how AI is reshaping the workplace, stressing the importance of balancing automation with human creativity and critical thinking. Amit Parekh from Capgemini emphasized upskilling in business analysis and data interpretation, while Chung Tham from Ernst & Young highlighted the importance of prompt engineering and continuous learning.The discussions focused on bridging the gap between industry and academia, with insights on what industry demands from students and what students have to offer, encouraging open conversations to address key challenges and expectations. M C Shekhar, Principal at GFTI, stressed the importance of data analytics, interpretation, and international accounting standards for students to meet evolving industry needs.
The Alumni Meet in the afternoon was a heartfelt tribute to success and excellence, where outstanding students were honoured for their achievements.
