The CPA course syllabus is based on four exams or topics. Each exam course syllabus is different with new topics to cover everything in detail. The topics that are taught are Financial Accounting and Reporting is exam I, Auditing and Attestation is exam II, Regulation (REG) is exam III, and Business Environment and Concepts is the last exam IV.
