Bangalore, July 9. A one-day “Skill India- Finance Sector” seminar was held on July 9th by Globalfti Pvt. Ltd.

Eminent professionals from the education and finance sector attended this exclusive first of its kind event.

Radha Nambiar, Director, Globalfti, inaugurated the seminar. Ms Megha Mani from ACCA kick started the event with an engaging topic on how ACCA is enhancing skills of youngsters entering the corporate world.

Esteemed individuals from prestigious colleges and corporates along with renowned faculty from GFTI led stimulating sessions that focused on numerous Finance related topics. The challenges faced by students at various stages such as planning for exams and how to effectively manage time to balance education along with work were also discussed. The afternoon session conducted by faculty of GFTI focused on ‘Train the trainers’ and it covered various aspects that a trainer needs to keep in mind while imparting professional courses such as ACCA. It included a live example of a topic – how to teach “Risk” in ‘Audit and Assurance’ paper.
