The CMA USA exam is computer based and administered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). It consists of two parts, each designed to test your knowledge of financial management and strategic decision-making.

Each part of the CMA USA exam includes: 100 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) | 2 Essay Questions (scenario-based)

Total Duration: 4 hours : 3 hours for MCQs | 1 hour for essay questions (only if you score at least 50% on the MCQs)

You can take both parts in any order, but many candidates prefer to start with Part 1.

The CMA USA course is offered by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA, and the total cost varies depending on whether you’re a student or a professional. The. Student membership fee is $49, for Academics it is $160 and for Professionals it is $295. Certified CMAs will need to pay a $30 annual renewal fee and will be required to report 30 hours of CPE on an annual basis.

There is a One Time CMA Entrance Fee of $225 for Students/Academics and $300 for Professionals.
